RESERVATION POLICIES:
A deposit is required for all retreat reservations to secure your attendance. We offer a variety of payment options to ensure you are able to participate, however, your final payment but be received at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the retreat or your reservation will be canceled. Please note, your deposit is non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Life happens! We understand that so in the event that you must cancel your reservation only a portion of your funds may be refundable. The amount if any is determined based on the time of cancelation and our ability to fill the space prior to the start of the retreat. If we are able to identify another participant prior to the start you will receive a 75% refund minus your non-refundable deposit. If you would like to gift your retreat we welcome that opportunity as well. The participant must meet applicable retreat requirements of attendance to qualify. All cancellations must be received in writing via email.
Insurance:
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU HAVE FULL TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER FLIGHT CANCELLATION, DELAY AND CURTAILMENT, MEDICAL EXPENSES AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS.
Our priority is to keep you as safe & happy as possible throughout your Lotus Lane Retreat Experience. Unfortunately, we can’t always control everything and so we strongly recommend that you have travel insurance in place if you are going to join us. We encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking. This will protect you in the unfortunate event of something arising before you travel to your Lotus Lane Retreat to ensure that you are covered for any lost costs and flights.
CHECK-IN:
Unless otherwise noted, all retreat experiences begin with an evening check-in and welcome reception. The specific day and time will be noted in the retreat materials and your confirmation information for the retreat. If there are any changes to check-in all participants will be notified timely to ensure a seamless process. On occasion Lotus Lane provides an Early Arrival Package for participants who want to expand their retreat experience. Check-in information will be provided separately to those attendees prior to day 1 and will also include access to the general welcome reception. Lotus Lane does not offer discounts, refunds or credits for arriving late, leaving early or missing any of the activities/meals while participating in a Lotus Lane retreat, Wellness Workshop or other sponsored event.
FACILITIES:
Lotus Lane Retreat reserves the right to alter and/or change any facility accommodation or yoga activity. Lotus Lane is not liable for any injuries to the customer in his/her use of our facilities and/or those that we have acquired for participation in activities. Lotus Lane Retreat cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables of the guest. All retreats hosted at facilities not owned or operated by Lotus Lane Retreat will adhere to the terms and conditions of the host property. In the event of a guest having any complaint then he/she will notify the Lotus Lane Nurturer as soon as possible. All efforts are made by Lotus Lane to rectify any issues as soon as possible and will work with the facility manager to address any and all concerns that are within our control. Lotus Lane shall not be liable for any failures beyond its control. This covers natural disasters, war, ‘acts of God’, closure of airports, accidents or failure to perform by third parties, including suppliers and subcontractors. Lotus Lane accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or illnesses which may be received during the guest's stay or traveling to and from the retreat location.
MEDICAL CONCERNS:
Please check with your physician and/or other health care provider to ensure you are sufficiently fit and healthy to undertake yoga classes and any other physical activity that you have arranged or we have curated during your retreat. Please check with your own doctor that you are adequately fit. If you experience any injury or discomfort during any activity organized for you, then you must stop immediately and advise your Lotus Lane Nurturer accordingly. We are not liable or responsible for any injury or incident that may occur during physical activities during the retreat. Participation is voluntary and based on your personal belief that you are capable to participate.
All retreat guests must comply fully with all and any health and safety regulations introduced by Lotus Lane Retreat. The guest must ensure that he/she is medically and physically fit and able to use our facilities and participate in activities. Customers who have injuries or illnesses are advised to seek doctor’s advice if practicing yoga or any other physical fitness session. We recommend that all guests stop and rest if they are feeling any pain or sickness and inform the instructor of any previous injuries.

Terms & Conditions of booking and participating in a Lotus Lane Retreat can change at any time without notice. The current terms & conditions are always applicable.The schedule and included activities/meals can change at any time without notice. The current program, as listed on the website for an applicable retreat or other event, at the time of such retreat or event is always applicable.
